Three Years of property Tax

This includes the construction, furnishing, fixturing,
and finishing the proposed buildings.

This includes all landscape proposed from grass,
shrubs, trees, and mulch as well as garbage bins,
flower beds, seats and other landscape features.

This includes within property fire hydrant, power, water,
storm and sanitary connections, parkade paving and striping,
street lights, garbage enclosures, fencing, traffic signage,
bicycle stands, roaad curbs, side walks, and main site pylon sign.

This includes estimated fees of servicing the lot with fire hydrant,
storm lines, sewer lines, water lines, electrical and data services.

This includes environmental micro-biology lab testing, new parkade development,
building development, gas, plumbing, electrical, HVAC fees, fire inspection services,
sign permit fees, unmetered water fees, admin fees, and safety code officers’ fees.

This includes the cost of Professional services from architect(s) and Engineers
to develop the required plans and documents in order to attain the building permit
from the local municipality as well as to provide working plans in order for the
trades and project manager(s) to prepare accurate estimates and material take-off
lists for this project.

This includes the design and consultation fees as well as the municipal
development permit fees. This requires coordination with the multiple
authorities from storm management to fire department, traffic department,
and others. It also includes the zoning fees, lot grading fees,
DP permit inspection fees, Landscape Deposit and maintenance fees

Thanks to our community we were able to pay $500,000,
our aim to pay it off by Ramadan 2023, please note that
the remaining $400,000 is a loan given by community members,
and the reason it is still outstanding is because of the delays
that we encountered due to COVID-19
